What is Nextcore Technology Inc.?
Nextcore Technology Inc. is a Philippine SaaS company building cloud platforms for modern businesses. We currently offer QuickDesk (customer support and ticketing), GrootHR (HR, payroll and attendance), NextPOS (cloud point of sale), and Next-EMR (electronic medical records) — with more products on the way.
Do I have to use all four Nextcore products together?
No. Every Nextcore product is fully standalone. You can use just one — for example, only NextPOS for your restaurant — and never touch the others. When you eventually want to connect two or more products (such as paying NextPOS cashiers via GrootHR), the integration is optional and effortless.
Are Nextcore products built specifically for the Philippines?
GrootHR, NextPOS, and Next-EMR are optimized for Philippine businesses — with first-class BIR-compliant receipts, SSS / PhilHealth / Pag-IBIG / BIR payroll calculations, PhilHealth eClaims, PWD and Senior discount handling (RA 9994 and RA 10754), and Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) compliance. QuickDesk, our customer support platform, is country-neutral and serves customers worldwide.
Is NextPOS BIR-accredited?
NextPOS receipt formats meet BIR specifications today — including VAT extraction, PWD and Senior discounts (RA 9994 and RA 10754), Z-Reading, and hash-chained integrity. Formal BIR accreditation is currently in progress. Early customers will be migrated to fully accredited issuance the moment certification lands, at no additional cost. We're transparent about timing — reach out and we'll share the latest status.
Is QuickDesk available outside the Philippines?
Yes. QuickDesk is available worldwide and serves businesses across Southeast Asia, Australia, the European Union, and the United States. Pricing is in USD, the platform is GDPR-aligned, and Data Processing Agreements are available for EU customers. Our other products (GrootHR, NextPOS, Next-EMR) are currently optimized for Philippine compliance and are sold within the Philippines.
How is my business data protected on Nextcore?
We use TLS in transit and AES-256 at rest, with field-level encryption for sensitive PHI in Next-EMR. Every read and write is logged in tamper-evident audit trails. We are aligned with HIPAA and fully compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). We never sell, share, or train on your data.
Do Nextcore products offer a free trial?
Yes. GrootHR, NextPOS, and Next-EMR all offer free trials with no credit card required. QuickDesk starts at $10 per agent per month with no setup fee. Contact our sales team for an extended trial or guided demo.
How long does Nextcore onboarding take?
Most customers go live within days, not weeks. Our team helps with data migration, configuration, and training. For multi-branch setups or complex migrations, dedicated onboarding is available.
Can I migrate from my existing software to Nextcore?
Yes. We provide migration support across all four products, with experience moving customers from spreadsheets, legacy systems, and competing SaaS tools.
Do Nextcore products integrate with my accounting or BI tools?
Every Nextcore product exposes a documented REST API. We support common integrations with accounting (Xero, QuickBooks), business intelligence dashboards, and industry-specific tools. There is no lock-in.
