Your data stays on your server
The warehouse runs on a server you control, not in someone else’s analytics cloud.
NextBI, our own BI platform, loads your ERP data into a warehouse on your own server every morning, and gives your team dashboards, reports, Excel exports and plain-language answers in a web browser. A retail group replaced its Power BI with it. Built by people who implement SAP for a living.
A retail group running SAP moved its reporting off Power BI and onto NextBI. We rebuilt the Power BI reports they relied on, and their team checked the figures against SAP and against the old reports. Then we went further: replenishment and transfer plans, product photos beside each item, and Ask AI. References are available on request.

The ERP’s nightly export is loaded as soon as it lands. Reports switch to the new day all at once, so nobody sees a half-loaded day.
Replenishment shows what each store received, sold and pulled out, week by week. Transfer plans pair stores holding surplus stock with stores that need it.
Ask AI answers questions from the reports, in the portal or from ChatGPT and Claude. Each person signs in with their own account, and it can only read.
Every report goes to Excel or CSV. Large exports stream and are compressed, so files of hundreds of thousands of rows get through.
Your team uses it in a web browser, with their own saved columns and charts. Your admins decide who sees what, by role.
The ERP’s daily export is picked up as soon as it lands. Each table and day loads in one step and every file is recorded, so a failed load leaves nothing half-done.
Raw ERP tables become report-ready tables. The last 90 days are recalculated every night, so late and back-dated invoices are caught.
Reports are answered by an engine built for analytics. The new day swaps in all at once, and repeat views come straight from cache.
Dashboards, reports, Excel and CSV exports, and Ask AI. Admins manage users and roles and can watch each night’s load step by step.

Dashboards, reports, exports and Ask AI in a web browser, running on your own server.
Data from your ERP, accounting system, POS, payroll and spreadsheets brought into one reporting database, cleaned and kept current.
The reports finance builds by hand every month, built once and refreshed automatically.
Where revenue comes from, where stock sits, and what to replenish or move between stores.
Help deciding what to measure, how to model it, and how your team keeps it running.
Already standardised on Microsoft? We still build Power BI dashboards and reports.
We look at the systems you run and the questions leadership needs answered, and tell you what is possible with the data you have.
We set up the warehouse, connect your ERP’s daily export, agree how each KPI is calculated, and automate the refresh.
We set up the dashboards and reports on your data, review them with the people who will use them, and adjust. If you prefer Power BI, we build there instead.
We train your team and document how everything works, or keep supporting it if you would rather we did.
